Updating Post Processor Maintenance Date
Custom Post Processors on Post Processor Maintenance will require an update upon renewal of the annual maintenance. This is a simple process that can be done quickly.
- Send a zip2go file that includes the Post Processor as well as the Machine and Control Definition to posts@qtemfg.com. Include in the subject of the email "Post Maintenance Update"
- Our support team will have the Post Processor updated with any new enhancements as well as properly setting the maintenance date.
- The updated Post Processor will be sent back in a reply to the ticket that was initiated from the request.
