Mastercam will open Inventor Drawings, but you'll need the Inventor Viewer.

Got to https://www.autodesk.com/viewers/all-viewers/compare or search for Inventor Free Viewer.

Download the and install the software and Mastercam will be able to open the Inventor Files using the viewer.
