Setting a Short Cut for Cimco Lite

Mastercam comes with a lite version of the Cimco editor and this solution is to set a short cut for the editor to your desk top.

First open the file explorer and go to the C drive, and there you will see the Program Files folder.

Once you open the Program files folder you go through the Mcam folder fro the version you're using, intot he Common folder to the Editors and look for the Cimco Edit folder. There you will see the CIMCOEdit.exe application. Right Click on Cimco's executable.

Go to Create Shortcut and when the warning about creating the shortcut there pops up, click yes and you will get a Cimco Edit Lite on your desktop.
