How to Update a HASP

First, Download the new maintenance codes, look for an e-mail from Karen Willhite karenw@qtemfg.com.


Once the new ".hcode" is downloaded, double click it to updated the HASP.



Then a dialog box should pop up confirming that you updated the Hasp



Make sure the End Date is updated, if you're archiving the files, it's easy to use an old ".hcode" file and set the End Date back.



Another way to update the codes is to click on the Update Code button and search for the downloaded ".hcode" file.




Once the code in in the window, click Update.



And the Final way to update the Hasp is to open the ".hcode" file in a text editor, like Cimco or Note Pad, copy the Update Code.


Then paste it into the Update Code window and click Update.
